Question About Curtis Mathes TV VCR Combo CMC13003
TV stopped working...

My 13 inch TV/VCR combination stopped working. No picture,--no sound.The only thing left on the dark sceen are two words in the left hand top corner saying ...ON LINE. What does this mean and can it be fixed? Thank you.
