The TV will not turn on. The power light is on and neither the power button or the remote will turn it on. When I shut off the power and place my finger on the power button then turn on the power switch while keeping the ower switch in the screen will light up for three seconds, but then it goes off again. It is for 100 - 240 volts and I am wondering if there is a switch that moves it from 120 volts to 240 volts. The tv is new and just out of the box. It was purchased four days ago and has been in the heated house since that time. If there is a phone number so I can talk to someone please let me know. Thanks, William Cahoon
