I have connected my CyberHome DVD t a samsung Series TV 3-350 and received this message: "no signal." Samsung has confirmed that I have properly connected the DVD player to the TV. Please Help. Do I need to use the Cyberhome remote to connect? Thankyou....

I have connected my CyberHome DVD to Samsung Series 3-350 and receive he message "no Signal."Samsung has confirmed that I am properly connected to the TV. Please help. Do I need to use the CyberHome remote to connect? Thank you. J. Haley
