1) Is there a link to downloading a manual for this product? 2) Can the CH 300 remote possibly be programmed to operate (at least) the basic menu and programing functions of the TV being used with the CH DVD 300. It's an RCA XL 100 Remote - 19 in. model that though it's manually programable by using the menu, channel & volume buttons on the front of the TV. It always returns to channel 2 after each use and has to be reprogrammed again and again....there has to be a simpler way....like entering codes into the DVD's remote to control the TV's functions too? Any help will be greatly appreciated. I gave this TV and DVD player to an older friend of the family who panics when it comes to dealing with anything remotely technical, Thanks for any help you can offer
