Question About CyberHome Entertainment DVD Recorder DVR 1200
problems with General Setup...

When trying to change the general setup options the up or down arrow will not scroll up or down to change these options, but I am able to change the Menu Lanuage only. Not only that the unit says that there is no signal. Can you help me with this problem?
