My DIRECTTV remote stopped working on this TV ONLY...

My DIRECTTV remote stopped working on this TV ONLY when adjusting the volume. I have been on the phone with DIRECT too long and they say that the volume has to be unlocked? Is there a code to use for this TV to allow my DIRECTTV remote to work controlling the volume. Everything else is okay.
