If a connect my DirecTV box thru the Svideo connectror where should I connect the audio cables?

0 I own one of these tv's and one day the image started to get dark and passing the days it become darker and darker til at this moment there's no distinguishable image. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with it? I know this TV is now obsolete with the digital tv era but is like a goal I have to get this fixed. Thanks
