I purchsed a new DVD. When I load it I get the "loading" message followed by "no disc" and the disc will not play. Inside the DVD cover it suggests that if the DVD will not play I check the manufactures website for firmware or software version and upgrade from there. I cannot find anything on the Daewoo website. Any suggestions how I can solve the problem or shall I just return the DVD to the retailer?
