my registration code is 9rpz7ch5 I am unsure of the product code please can you help as I would like a free manual if that is possible - I love this recorder but I have lost my recording channel I is not set up right I've done something whilst repositioning the tv and recorder ready for christmas decorations Please can you help. DTBC MNDINP-AG is printed on the back of the machine if this helps
