Earlier this week it was necessary to re-tune to comply with some frequency changes at Winter Hill in NW England. Unfortunately now we cannot access ANY BBC channels at all. I contacted the digital re-tune helpline on 08456 50 50 50 and followed their instructions to the letter but still no BBC, which included a manual re-tune using the frequency codes they provided - for BBC it is 50. Help please.
