my son managed to somehow lock the screen and now there is no sound, picture, nothing only flashing on/off Red & Green lights I do NOT have a remote control for this unit and none of the buttons on the LCD screen work. We have tried everything to try and re-set the screen - even unplugging all the cables, but still the lights continue to flash ans the screen is DEAD. PLS. HELP
