Question About Denon DVD Player DVM-715
Realatively New DVD Player Won't Play Discs...

When we load a disk and press play (we've tried all five slots and multiple disks), we get a message "Disc Error - Playback feature may not be available on this disk". Any idea what the problem may be? Do we need to take it in for repair?

0 i also have one that is only 2 years old with the same problem, I took to a local repair shop and they said the optics need replaced at a cost of $241.16 and the MSRP is only $260
