Question About Diamond DVD Player BE 9413 nd
V-Chip password...

Have no manual and V-Chip parental controls activated and cannot turn the damned thing off! Does anyone have a manual or know of the default password to turn off parental controls?? Damn Congress for mandating this nonsense!!!
