how do i get usb to work, put a usb stick in with film on nothing happens

0 I think you will need to have recorded the film on to the uSB stich in the first instance. Have you formatted the memory stick. If not, go to Media on the remote - you should find the formatting instruction there. BUT, to get the USB to play, you MUST put it into the USB port on the TV when the TV is switched OFF. Hope this helps.
