In-car dvd player...

bought new head unit for van and dvd player tv will not find signal, bought van used did not come with manual cannot figure out why isn't reading signal from head unit

0 thinking maybe its locked somehow - can no longer see AV1, 2 etc. Can the monitor be locked somehow, therefore unlocked somehow??? have overhead video console model# OHC100, LCD video monitor model# RVM700
