my Quick Reference Guide is very outdated, as we signed on with Dish five years ago. many new/different channels have been added since then. can i get a new, updated guide. we do most of our viewing on another floor from out computer; therefore, we often need and use our quick reference guide and the computer is not readily available. we need current guides that we can hold in our hands. could you please send us 3-4 new ones?
