Question About Dolby Laboratories DVD Player DVD500E
Need a manual...

A friend gave this to me, but couldn't find the instruction manual to go with it. The menu options are stuck in French and I don't know how do turn on the subtitles/captioning. Also it has two ways to turn off (one where you still see a blue light on the front) and I'd like to know why.
