Question About Dolby Laboratories TV DVD Combo F1310ATVD
I have a 13 inch tinker bell tvDVDs combo When plugged in...

I have a 13 inch tinker bell tv/DVDs combo. When plugged in the screen is blue. The menu button isn't working so I don't know what channel it's on or how to program it. The DVDs player plays but you can only hear not see the movie. Do you have to have cable plugged in to use the DVDs player?
