I have a 13 inch tinker bell tv/DVDs combo. When plugged in the screen is blue. The menu button isn't working so I don't know what channel it's on or how to program it. The DVDs player plays but you can only hear not see the movie. Do you have to have cable plugged in to use the DVDs player? We have a manual. It's no help and doesn't give a number for tech support
