Question About Dynex DVD Player 10E1215314
My Dynex DVD Player, Mfg 2010, Model DX-DVD2, SN 1...

My Dynex DVD Player, Mfg 2010, Model DX-DVD2, SN 10E1215314. The problem is that the video works but the audio doesn't. It's not the disk, I've tried several, the three plugs appear to be plugged in according to color codes, but no sound comes through.
