Question About Dynex Flat Panel Television DX-32L221A12
changing channel manually to fit u-verse...

I turned off the flat screen manually(don't have the tv remote), and when I turned it back on, the screen said "no signal". I'm trying to get the screen on a certain channel, so I can get back to my U-verse.
