DX-32E150A11 trying to connect to sony bravia home...

DX-32E150A11 trying to connect to sony bravia home theatre system, i connected with the HDMI cable but when i switch to tv the sound of tv doesn't come through theatre system, is there any thing else i need to connect with or do because i thought the HDMI takes care of pictuer and sound?
