I have a Dynex DX-LCD26-09 Flat Panel tv that doesn't power on completely after pressing the power button. The user manual stated, a red led was standby and a blue light indicates the tv is on. The led on the tv actually glow green, the screen is ever so slightly lit and not picture and no sound? Is is the Power supply board that is bad? or the Tuner board?
