I moved my 19" Dynex TV to a new stand, when I did...

I moved my 19" Dynex TV to a new stand, when I did I hit one of the buttons on the right side. Now all I get is snow and a message advising I have no signal. I have checked all connections and they are secure. How can I get my programs back? It goes from a block saying ch 3 to one that says ch 6.
