My TV jumps continually and won't let me stop it t...

My TV jumps continually and won't let me stop it to adjust settings, etc. It will not let me unlock the V button, nor factory reset it. he volume is on 100 and will not turn down..... HELP!! I have unpugged it for days to clear it, but it wont do that either!
