my TV will not respond to the remote control not will it respond when I use the bottons on the side of the TV. It will not turn off, and it will not display any channels. I have changed the batteries in the remote control, still no responce. When I unplug the TV and plug it back in it displays please wait then a dark screen and the the channel number 27.1 in the upper right hand corner. There is no responce to the info , guide, menu or exit bottons. How do I fix this problem? Help... Please! Pat
