when watching football games and I will assume oth...

when watching football games and I will assume other programs, the pictuce cuts off about, what I would say is an 1/8 of the screen on the top as well as the bottom. for instance cannot see any of the score board that is broadcast while the game is on. I have tried changing aspect ratios but never can get a full picture. can you help with this
