I have called numerous times since i have purchased this product and can never get a straight answer. this model has never worked in any capacity..playing dvd..recording dvds..nothing..i paid over 200.00 for this product at wal-mart awhile back and i am upset that even the 1-800 number has been useless..and i lost my dam receipt..please help me get my product to work even somewhat is better than nothing.
