Product turns on but the door for the dvd or the vcr will not open when the button is pressed. If we select the DVD a few moments later the product automatically switches itself to VCR. We changed the batteries. The player used to automatically open when we turned on the player. There is nothing blocking the player or the sensors. It was working fine just the other day.
