Have a emerson lcd MOD- LC32OEM2 bought in 2011 april. the red standby light is on but Wont turn on. red blinks twice and red light stays on. clicking before it came on. now no clicking and no on HELP!

0 i resoldered all the points on smps . not whole inverter board caps all look good check a few around rectifier diodes and checked diodes around HF transformer ok. nothing gets warm or hot when pluged in just standby red light on
