How do I get the TV to come back on? It will go of...

How do I get the TV to come back on? It will go off like we have no power. I have unplugged it for over 30 minutes and plugged it back in. Turn on the power button green light comes on for about 10 seconds then turns to red and TV is still of. How do I get it back on? Owners manual did not have any solutions.
