I purchased a 32 inch Emerson LCD TV from Wal Wart...

I purchased a 32 inch Emerson LCD TV from Wal Wart March of 2012, as of 11/20/12, I have no picture and no sound, I did not purchase the warranty, is this TV under Emerson's 1-year warranty without purchasing any additional warranties.?
