when i have the tv in full screen, i go 2 push a b...

when i have the tv in full screen, i go 2 push a button and a bucnh of letters pop up on the side of the screen, i would like to know how to get rid of them please?

0 what comes out on the TV is the modle number and the year that it was made and a couple more stuff that wont come out when i have it on full screen, what can i do?
