unable to set universal remote...

I need to know the code for a universal remote for this television. I have tried all codes recommended but they do not work. If you can assist, I certainly appreciate it.

0 Can't get universal remote codes to work either. Tried two remotes.

0 have tried three remotes for TV/DVD whats wrong? We are ordering one from parts dealer ph:1-800-256-2487 option #3 need serial #, model #
