Question About Emerson Universal Remote None
motorola comcast cable codes...

the support 800# at this webpage says won't support the jumbo universal remote. They give a non-toll free number. if you call THAT number, they say there is NO code for Comcast Motorola boxes. they said return the product or give it away as a gift.

4 1. Turn on your TV. (or CABLE BOX or VCR or DVD, which ever one you want to program) 2. Press CODE SEARCH Until red light stays on. 3. PRESS TV. 4. THEN PRESS the on/off button ONCE! (It will cycle through the codes on its own) 5. When the device (cable/tv/vcr/dvd) shuts off PRESS ENTER as fast as you can. Then yer done! Press power again and use the remote!

3 I got mine to work using the Code search method. The manual is incorrect though about using the code search: Instead of pressing Power repeatedly, you just press it once. It sequences through the codes. You then need to press Enter immediately when the comcast unit turns off.

3 Just press search and 3 secs later after the light comes on press TV and then slowly press on/off button and the light began blinking and about 3 minutes later (long time to hold a remote) my Tv cut off and then press enter

1 No matter what I did ...nothing worked....I did exactely as you said 5 minutes latter my Motorola cable box was programmed.....Thanks Frank
