my dvd does not pause...

I have a SAMSUNG THAT WON'T PAUSE. It goes to PLAY. What is the model number for the JUMBO UNIVERSAL REMOTE? THANKS!

0 I have a Samsung dvd. I have used the codes in the mannual 182 & 230. Other keys work, but when I try to set PAUSE it goes to play. Thanks for your help
