I have this VCR and lost the remote..I have an RCA systemlink 4 that will operate everything on this VCR but I cannot get it to bring up the on screen so that I can set the TIMER RECORD feature...It will record through the QTR on the vcr and using the remote I can hit record play fwd reverse all of these functions work...just cannot get tot he on screen , which I need to set the timer record function...thanks in advance for any solutions you might have on this.
