I have an Emprex 37 inch TV and audio is fine but ...

I have an Emprex 37 inch TV and audio is fine but no video - it happened all of a sudden - no smell of anything burnt. I have tried different sources like Wii, DVD Player etc. I can't even get it to show the OSD please help? Is my TV dead?
