Turn on tv, get screen in alternating colors until sound comes on (2-5min). When sound comes on turn off then back on and works fine with great picture. I am thinking there is a capacitor or something that helps in the warm up process that is out. I need a reputable parts source. For some reason a place where I send a money order then they send a part bothers me.
