Question About Fujitsu Flat Panel Television PDS4234W
Fujitsu 42" PDS4234W-S...

1cm horizontal band thru middle of panel. Appeared after work shop replaced (buffer board(?)) to clean a small patch of dust on panel. Now told new panel/PDS required. Is this problem through faulty workmanship?
