I have my dvd recorder hdd running though my virgin cable box . Initially every thing was recording fine until I decided to see if I could get more channels etc. I went into set up,then channel settings and auto tuning, my machine went through its program and found no virgin channel or any other channel just a grey screen etc? I can get virgin channels throught the recorder when it is in its satelite link mode, why cannt it pick up channels when its in its on mode?
