I record a lot on vcr tapes, both with timer and while watching something else. When I play the tapes back the picture jumps up and down rapidly. Have cleaned vcr heads (many times, including today with a brand-new cleaner tape) with only minimal success. Tracking does not work for this problem. Can't afford to take it to a shop unless absolutely necessary. Thanks!!!!!
