does anyone know what would make my tv turn on the green light blinks 3 times and show digital television in the lower right hand side and shuts off

0 bad transformer on the inverter board.open tv, sometimes the transformer on the power supply will ring.look at the inverter its connected to the lights disconnect all lights from the inverter board and connect each on at a time press the power each time you connect one.look for the one that doesnt turn a lamp on.
