Question About FUNAI VCR VHS 31B-250
Video recorder manual...

I have lost the manual for the above video recorder and have recently bought a video on Amazon. The tracking on the tape is awful and the auto tracking cannot sort it. The seller has suggested I try to adjust the tracking manually. Any suggestions gratefully received
