when the tv came on it indicated to press meun or change channel. When tried to change channel with remote. It wouldn't work. when you pres menu it takes you to the directory with a listing. I scan for the channels to corrsponse with the convertor box. But once the scan was over, it ask for a password. I tried several numbers but no luck. Please HELP!!!!
