Removing Undercounter Swivel Attachment...

I am trying to remove the undercounter swivel attachment from the GE 09GP344 TV. I have removed the locking bracket but cannot find what is holding the swivel bracket.

0 Our is bolted in from the top. The bolts must be unscrewed from above
