Each time w unplug our GE television Model 27GT618...

Each time w unplug our GE television Model 27GT618 we need to do an initial setup. I had the settings written down but have misplaced them. Where can I get them again? Is there somewhere I can call for assistance. That is wht I did before, but can't locate a number now either
