WHEN I TURN TV ON IT WILL WORK FOR SHORT TIME UNTIL THE PART ON THE FRONT LEFT OF THE BOARD (FACING BACK) STARTS HAVING AN ELECTRICAL ISSUES. WHAT IS THE PART AND CAN I BUY IT AND INSTALL MYSELF?
