I connected the convertor box to the TV and did and Auto Scan on the TV. I only got 1 channel. The back of the convertor box is on channel 3 and the Tv is on channel 3. Called the hot line for DTV and was tole by the tech to return box and remote to Target (place of purchase). The only problem with that is I no longer have the receipt. Could the box be bad. I have a GE convertor box, Daewoo TV and the sales rep at Target sold me a Phillips antenna.
