DVD PLAYER REMOTE...

MY DVD PLAYER DOES NOT RESPOND WHEN I TRY TO USE THE REMOTE. WHERE CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT ONE OR CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY IT UST STOPPED ESPECIALLY SINCE IVE ONLY HAD IT A MONTH.
